All of the trips that we show can be adapted to suit your requirements.

We can make them longer or shorter. We can chop bits out of one itinerary and into another.

And in all the countries that we operate, we can design individual itineries to suit your individual tastes.

INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCEDURE OF ENTRY IN EGYPT (COVID-19)

UPDATE ON OCTOBER 2021

Passengers arriving from France (Paris), Germany (Frankfurt), Italy (Rome), or United Kingdom (London Heathrow) must have a printed negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most 96 hours before departure of the last direct flight to Egypt. The test must be based on a nasal or oral swab. The test result must have a stamp of the issuing laboratory or a QR code.

This does not apply to passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before departure. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V. The certificate must be in Arabic, French or English; and have a QR code or must be approved by the Egyptian Embassy in the country of departure.

This does not apply to passengers with an electronic COVID-19 vaccination certificate issued in Egypt by the Egyptian Ministry of Health showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before departure. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V. The certificate must have the logo of the Egyptian Ministry of Health.

Passengers arriving directly at Hurghada (HRG), Marsa Alam (RMF), Sharm El Sheikh (SSH) or Taba (TCP) without a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test result are subject to a PCR test upon arrival at their own expense.

This does not apply to passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before departure. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V. The certificate must be in Arabic, French or English; and have a QR code or must be approved by the Egyptian Embassy in the country of departure.

A confirmation should be provided by email.

Once we receive your confirmation, a contract between the client and the Company will be sent by email.

The contract must be filled and resend in order to secure your booking.

Payment methods: 

Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday.

Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt a deposit of 50% of the full price.

This deposit counts as part of your final payment.

The rest of the payment is paid locally on arrival on cash basis to our airport representative.

Deposits can be made by bank wire transfer and Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.

Cancellation:

Cancellation requests should be sent via email.

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

.between 40 and 20 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.

.between 19 and 7 days before your arrival date 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.

.netween 7 and 1 days before your arrival date 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt and Jordan

If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to airline’s cancellation policy.

Acceptance of the agreement:

The contract constituted by the company's acceptance of the client's booking, subject to these booking conditions, shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company.

The payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
